I had a ping test running on the background when I disconnected, the ping test was fine, I did not lose internet connection during that time. I logged on the Chinese server to stand in town for a long period of time and I did not disconnect once.

I'm also experiencing frequent disconnection while idling in town. What kind of internet service do you use? I'm using Verizon Fios. Operating System is Windows 10.

I got this error as well. Got kicked out from RAR and Onslaught for "3rd Party Program" even thought all I had open was Google Chrome browser. After logging back in, my character was level 0 with green title "Round 11082885 Challenger".
Same issue here. I also reinstalled the 1703 build but the update for 1709 (fall creator) is automatic and can only be postponed by a few days. Please fix asap. Thanks!

Same here, if you install the fall creator update after the Nov 1st patch, your mouse clicks are still affected.
Put some VIP caps in these event exchange shops at least, we are running out.
Bringing back the chalk hair and succubus packages would have been a good idea too.
