After obtaining 100% clear on Redeemers battle (no matter which one), completion past that percentage will earn you Redeemers Seal (aka Kaiser Seal). You can exchange those for a Red Moon Brooch if you collect enough of them.

As they said in the last interview, they won't be making a new character for a while, as they will focus on social aspect of the game and making the last characters stronger (giving 2nd weapons is also in plans)

The good thing about this feature - it lifts off the burden for Ferghus, no one will hate him for breaking your +10~+14 anymore. However, he will still be beaten for slipping +4~+9 enhancements.
