-- Added a new example character based on the new +12 gear and other gear changes since the last update

There is whispers from the rumor mill:

The upcoming update (which is projected to include the guild housing update) will come with increases to the costs of items in the guild shop.

For example:
Gob stones -- previous guild seal cost: 150 >> New Cost: 400
seals or AP -- previous guild seal cost: 6 >> New Cost: 10

Nah, they're just changing the local afk spot.

This is going to make the game appear dead to newbs. Instead of AFKing in town we will all be hanging out in our guild houses.
