the only time you will not get the set bonus is if you have a [Special Edition]/[Limited Edition] outfitter, since the stats/set bonus on those are different than normal outfitters.

Special/limited time outfitter parts will give the set bonus even if paired with normal sets.

They have the same bonus, the sets have different stats however.

nexon is under tencent in china, china will pay for anything, director thinks up +20 enhancement, makes up +15 runes etc to sell, china buys, profit. clearly we just have to blame china
