It is possible that Ceara will become the vessel for Macha. She has red hair herself. The Ceara POV questline after completing Sea of Reflection is called Voice of the Goddess/Call of the Goddess. We have yet to receive this content. It tells of the events leading up to how Ceara meets our character in Berbhe.

That is about to change. In Korea, I believe it was listed under developer notes, but various female avatar items and other vanity items became unlocked so other female characters can wear them. If I remember correctly, both variants of the female Dark Rev outfitter was unlocked so all females can wear it. Other female characters can also wear Fiona's rosebud items and summer sunglasses. Summer Sandals were also unlocked so they are no longer character specific. Yes! Other females will be able to wear Fiona's summer heels. :-)
