    So if you have a character on EU server it wouldn't get the items since the server was not around when the event ended. However if you have characters on East, West, and AUS the first character on the account will get all of the rewards you earned.

    So for example I got the 150k tier. So my East, West and AUS characters each have 2 sets of the items.

    Also it sounds like you merged your Nexon Cash balance already.
    I got this from one of the FAQ's
    You will no longer be able to purchase/spend Nexon Cash anymore with the account on any
    of the games using the Nexon Europe Launcher once you’ve approved the move of the
    Nexon Cash balance.

    Once the services merge you should be able to spend that NX on your EU characters.
