updated the counterforce requirements chart to reflect the current power and tech values

2020 Counterforce update: The V2.63 and v2.64 patches made dramatic changes to the Counterforce system. The guide has been overhauled to reflect those changes.

I completed updating the drop tables to reflect season 4. After the table grew to 35 tabs I decided to consolidate it. Now the information is consolidated by town (Berbe, Malina, Colhen etc.). It was a good compromise between having too many tabs and having too many rows in one long spreadsheet.

Wow been a while since I posted. Alas I have not stopped keeping the drop tables updated. Today, with the release of Season 4, will be one the biggest updates to the drop tables in a while. Give me a few days to verify the changes and update the sheets. Enjoy.
