  • Really Nexon?! Fix the broken autoban system!

There is a player on eu server who got baned for selling hes weapon for real money with all evidences given and he got back to game after fiew months on hes old acount with everything he had there . So those perma bans for gold selling arent even perma as i see . Try send tickets so you will have luck too especially if they have no evidences against you like they had against the player mentioned above

It's the secondary ban that becomes permanent from what I've seen. Sanitee and a few others were recipients of that lovely gift back over the summer, and in the ticket the GM said that you get one "get out of jail free" card--which is consumed even if Nexon was at fault for a wrongful ban--and then you're done no matter what the issue is that comes up after. Just restating what Nexon's own team told Sanitee and that she posted in the thread discussing it.

  • Is the 3 % enhance succes a hoax?

@Blatant No one from KR or NA staff has confirmed this, and as we don't see the rates there's no reason to believe it's changed because of the wording. There is about 0 chance that this big of a chance would not have been officially announced. Here and in the thread that ISnatchMoney started there was nothing but speculations that the new wording meant the stones had changed. Considering that we had players from KR/JP in the know about the release of the stones of all types to the seal shop and the details concerning them it would have been brought up prior.

That big of an increase would have them selling those stones like candy instead of people still questioning whether or not they're worth anything. I wouldn't pay money to get to rates equal to or worse than what we used to have for going up to +15 prior to Rise, but I have no doubt that a lot of players would.

This is yet another reason I no longer spend a dollar on this game. Permabans can result from a second wrongful ban like this. No fault of your own, but you only get one 'free' pass even if you aren't at fault. I'm typing this around this horrible blowout deals pop up that won't die on mobile, so yet more unprofessional design and implementation making for headaches and then some and lessening interest in any of their titles. All of this is sad.

I hope we see this corrected and the OP get their Golden Time rewards. Be assured this will be updated on the Vindi Reddit, so whatever happens here is going to be a permanent record of how you treat your players. I'm this case so far the answer is very, very poorly.

  • Post-RISE enhancement bind rules

+9 and higher still bind. Failing +8 or higher attempts on 60-89 weaps will reset them, but they won't blow up until going for +11 or +12. 90 and up resets failing +6-+8, and will blow up on +9 or higher attempts. This chart is slightly off as sub 90 weaps can no longer go beyond +12 because the Director has no idea what he's doing.

  • Warning : Mats sent via mail will now all bind

@ikevi I give them feedback most of the time when that pop up appears, and I make it explicitly clear until specific Rise changes are rolled back I won't recommend the game to anyone. The binding is very, very strange, though, because Rise was redesigned to make it easy mode for new players to get to end game, and included lots of changes to streamline things. I can't for the life of me figure this one out. Yeah, the shards binding after synthesis I get--it sucks, it's a poor change, but I get that they're trying to use it to monetize more things, but I can't figure out how screwing people out of being able to move mats helps anything.

The more difficult you make it for people to use their chars on multiple accounts, the less likely they are to spend. There are plenty of studies showing that nickling and dimeing hurts in the long run, and this is exactly that, making what should be simple difficult for no reason.
