They really should have made her a new character. I wouldn't even be upset at having three new females in a row if she played as well as she looks to by her design.
Vindictus is already female-dominated at this point. Every season is supposed to have 2 males and 2 females, but Season 3 has 1 male and 3 females, unless one of them is secretly a guy, or Miri's a futa.
Point is, Season 4 needs 3 males and 1 female to even things out. It doesn't need more female characters at the get-go.
Make sure you click Story under the NPC dialogue if the dialogue is not activating. If you've gone through the dialogue, see if there's a Composite option under the dialogue.
The quest should just be dialogue unless they changed it.
