At the very least, make the text lighter like in the post box or the like/ insightful/ quote/ report.
White/ bright colors against a dark background really kills your eyes.

Honestly right now both sections seem fine to me.
But later on I think these types of topics should be in Off-Topic like they were in the previous forums.

I just went with the section that these were in (sounds like another mod had moved this one).

I'd rather have my June 2011 forum join date, which was when Nexon moved from their old, nasty blue/ white forums with no features (that they've used since 2007/ 2008) to the forums before this current one.

Go to edit profile. I changed it to testsdsds on accident and it wouldn't let me change it back, so I had to ask a mod.
