I recently bought a new CPU cooler too (Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO) because my previous one had some bearing problems after 6 years and the rpm sensor just broke down and it read weird rpm values. xD

Gear matters just as much as skill in this game. Try to solo an S3 raid with mediocre gear. If you can't do much damage it will just make the fight longer and eventually you'll either exceed the time limit or lose focus on the combat.

I got a full orange +11 Ornate Valor Regina Hammer with non-enhanced (one piece with Master scroll on) purple Regina+Termi armors in 6 months while playing for an average of 10 hours a week. I haven't been in a guild for a long time and i created my own guild only a couple of months ago.

It is definitely a grindfest in the end-game because you'll need to farm S3 dungeons for the orange base materials and you'll also need to do raids for Seal of Bravery. Since it's 1 seal per raid and you'll need ~150 seals for an orange main part + ~50 seals for orange shards it's gonna be fun. Plus the enchant scrolls that are rare drops. All of this can be bought with gold but you won't be able to get that much gold unless you farm a lot and sell the rare drops you don't need.

Every MMO is a grindfest in some way. Vindi just differs from the average in a way that on most of the days you close the game empty-handed. So you'll feel as if you haven't progressed anywhere. But this is where NX comes in. You can also trade NX gifts for gold so you can buy everything with real money without much farming.

In short this is what end-game is. Or you can just enjoy playing with others and progress slowly.

Why should people have a sheep attitude? Is it bad that they feel like it could be done better? Some things are quite obvious or they have already been mentioned that's why there is so much 'whining'. But always complaining is better than complaining once then accepting anything that comes next just because they feel like they complained too much before and they feel like it's pathetic to complain again.

The problem is not the update and the changes but that some of the changes screw up some already existing things.

For example instead of solving the absence of players for raids they just reduced the maximum number of members and reduced the boss's HP by 50%. How genius. But think about it a little. If you want to do a raid you can do it with 4 people anyway. After the update if we want to invite more than 4 people what will we say to the rest of the people? Sorry, but party is full, you can't join. It will only hit guilds in a bad way that have more than 4 active members. Separation is the big disadvantage of this change. They should rather increase the maximum number of members and balance the HP-scaling so that a 4-man party would have the desired 50% HP of the boss.

Deleting content from a game instead of extending it is basically a bad change. Gauntlets and Labyrinth have been removed. Gauntlets were useful to farm cores for some events. And the assist were removed because it was buggy? Come on. Do they know that bug fixing exists? I can't list the rest of the things that were removed because i don't remember every change that i read in that document.

Quick battle requirements were changed. Besides the already existing Attack requirement we'll have Critical and Balance requirements too. Why is it good to have this kind of requirements anyway? It's the party leader's responsibility to check for requirements not the game's. There should only be level and story requirements.

And the additional damage and the changes to the enhancements remind me of this parody:
