Alright, now that I'm finally in the forums again. Going to discard some outdated posts and ones that contain mistakes. Idk what happened, but kept getting server error 1599 again and again.

@Xie it's known as quick joining. It shows all boats that are available and you can join in from the dock without having to look up the sign. it's really a useful aspect of the update since we don't have to depend on megas anymore (at least I hope) to find/join a boat. Also, lets not forget the chance of having the boat lag like crazy due to the recent updates hindering hosts from playing the game properly due to unplayable lag. No one likes it.
Downtown berbhe drops shards dependent on which boss you fight. From my research, I have found 2 known locations to farm lightweight, keen, and stable shards effectively. All dungeons drop the usual solid + smooth shards.
Jamiroff: only drops lightweight shards.
Orlaith: only drops stable shards.
Hagan: drops lightweight and keen shards.
Ordon: only drops Keen shards.
Baethan: only drops lightweight shards.
Mad Morbus: only drops stable shards.
Hexad: only drops perfect shards.
Lograch: Only drops perfect shards.
Manus (Destructive curse boss): Drops all 4 weapon shards.
EDIT: research has been completed. The following bosses drops these shards.
The new mats aren't worth getting because you need 3 of them per upgrade. That's 120M minimally per upgrade, and some take 8-12 of them to max out. With that kind of cash, I could buy a 15 90 instead of wasting my time with the whole att limitation when 24K att barely makes any difference when compared to 23K att. No one has that kind of cash anymore except for the whales selling airtight gatcha pon items that players need on an average basis. Fully maxing an item piece, including weapon will take about 7.2 Billion Gold with the buying route. BILLION! That's 3.5 characters with the gold cap no thanks to the peeps that want to resort to gold selling because of said laziness to go the grinding route. With that 7.2B, you can instead buy 2 to 4 +15 90 weapons that you can max out yourself without having to worry about Ferghy RNG corkscrewing your money out of your pocket real life wise.
