The new rings can also use the CM Enchant Scroll. In order to get the +1 crit bonus, you'll need to have both Cold Thorn and Cold Dagger if you're an STR character and Cold Witch and Cold Desire if you are an INT character. The belts that are Lvl 85 require a material from Habitant (Habitant Essence?), 2 Smooth Shards (current smooths we have now, not carved), Paradise Orbs, and Godly Iron Ore. This information comes from watching Afk's livestream. The rings will use a material from one of the Chapter 2 Ep 3 bosses.
Fun fact: the 2 variants of STR and INT rings have the same stats, different names it appears. Cold Thorn and Cold Dagger have same stats, different names but both are required to get the +1 crit bonus. Same applies to Cold Witch and Desire.
This can be the thread where players can report any and all text related issues. This will make it easier for Vindictus Staff to find and keep track of these issues and will cut down on any duplicate threads of the same issue.
Again thanks all for taking the time to report these text issues.
Reporting Tips for Text Issues (and any bug in general): - Be as descriptive as possible. - Write down exact text. - Screenshots (when feasible) help a lot.

UPDATE: PLEASE READ 11/26/2016 : Well, this is embarrassing. The Unstable Enchant Rune does NOT protect the Enchant Scroll. I am very sorry. I must have gotten confused with how it was worded. My apologies.
The Unstable Rune is just a normal rune that is consumed regardless of fail/success.
For the curious:
Unstable Enchant Rune : Protects items during Enchantment. Prevents the destruction of both items and durability reduction in the event of an Enchantment Failure. Its instability means that the rune will be consumed even if you have succeeded.
Unstable Enhancement Rune : Protects item during Enhancement. Prevents the destruction of an item and durability reduction in the event of an Enhancement Failure. Its instability means that the rune will be consumed even if you have succeeded.
My interpretation : Item will not be destroyed nor will the durability of the item be reduced, however, the Enhancement Rune will be consumed whether you have succeeded or failed the enhancement.
As for the Unstable Enhancement, there isn't much information as to which enhancement parameters it protects. Nonetheless, hope this information will help those confused. :-)
