I've encountered both of those before, would report it as a bug report.

This seems different. Here, the failure was a direct result of everyone becoming incapacitated, not from completing the mission.

"Royally Punished"
-Hit by Ancient Lakoria's one-shot and died to gravity

"Freeloader"
-For those who use free transportation between towns. 500/500 times

"Trailblazer"
-For those who spend a lot on fast transportation between towns. 1,000,000/1,000,000 gold spent (500/500 times traveled)

The solution they came up with was Easy Mode. Unfortunately they don't want Easy Mode available for the most recent content (or they're trying to drag out some other bizzarre solution).

For NA, it took 6 months after the first introduction of easy mode (Season 1 and 2) before they gave us the Muir easy mode. I think we'll be getting S3 Ch1 easy modes in the coming months, but you'll still be stuck at Lochlann Plains.
