As Nokaubure said, Berserker is not a very good ability. The worst part is that it doesn't stack with Life Flare. You will die no matter what from its effect, even if Life Flare saves you at 1 HP. Unless you react quickly, I doubt it even gives you enough time to Party Feather to prevent a raid wipe scenario.

Other than the obvious PvP usage (although no one does PvP on missions anymore), you could probably use Berserker when cheesing mechanics like Dullahan.

As Aeropue said, once you get it to +15, you have that one chance to get it to +16 or beyond, then once you restore it, it will be stuck there.

Best of luck. I play on NA, but I usually try to give away the resources I get on the other servers. However, there are too many level restrictions and bound stuff nowdays. I'd offer to sell my +10-15 coupon to help, but I only have a level 45, and I lack the unbinds even if I were to level up.

The titles you get from the armor set quests still give stats.
