    - Bosses getting flinched out of melee attack range
    - Chasing bosses who are chasing Kais
    - Going out of my way to revive someone and they don't say Thank You or any variation thereof.
    - Muir...just in general
    - Titan's stam debuff
    - Players who scream for coros moments after I've laid one down and told everyone where it was. 'But, I didn't get it!'
    - Lakoria going into seizure mode. Amusing, but, annoying.
    - Getting stuck on a bosses fat foot.

    When you get something from the warm welcome boxes and they auto equip to your quickslots!

    If there's a way to avoid this without filling my quickslots up, I'd be interested to hear about it.

    Popping Heart of Ice on Vella and the boss suddenly gets a 100% aggro on you, preventing you from Hail Storming the s#!t outta them.

    -When an enemy knocks you out of Ruin Blade/Resonance
    -An unorganized inventory
    -When you have gold, but the item you are looking for isn't available

    the heartbeat sound when you are low on health. One of the worst things that seems to make an appearance in just about every game. Ya, I know I'm low on health, I'm always low on health, so get lost.

    for a runner up, I'll go with "discard the item now". Isn't "discard" enough?

    Oh and to keep things more relevant, when you enter the forge to enhance and Ferghus says, "Ah, I might've pushed myself too hard yesterday. My arm throbs."
