This is all "Global" server doing, which is trying to milk the game as much as possible by delaying all updates.
With Rise, we have proof that they can quickly handle big changes to the server and also text translation. They unmasked themselves: we don't get all the content Korea has because they don't want to, not because they need time.

No, s3 raids are 4-man. Every video post-rise I saw always show Dullahan with only 4 people.

Complainers can be annoying sometimes, but they aren't nearly as pathetic as fanboys and corporation apologists.

So the dev notes say that the "absolute enhancement rune" will be for other sever, but not for Korea. I wonder which server will receive the ultimate pay2win item.

He also calls "piracy" to just extracting files, what a jerk.
