they will be in walking/running mode when they have the flag/ Btw Iframes dont matter in pvp, since you get the invul 2 sec buff when you're in dodge anmation(Flona one of the only classes which they have full invuls while dodgeing they cant be hit, like for ex. lynn can be hit at the end of her dodge going into another one which flonas invuls carry over even after the dodge as ended).
Dodge/Block wont get Removed, just you will be like walking if you have the flag everything else would be the same, like any capture the flag if you just go in there by you're self you will get killed, dont see why you would need a healer but its nice to have one.
