They didn't nerf his attack speed.
They added a delay of around 0.5 s after throwing cyclone saw before you can do any other action, including illusion fist. This is a really big nerf. … (more)This delay isn't present on cyclone edge. (less)

These were notable pple throughout vindictus east lifetime. I prolly missed some but whatever. They are not in any particular order, these are just people who were actually really good at their class. Kudos to them for being really great at their class. From my personal experience all these players were/are nice decent pple for the most part. It was nice to meet them when we played and hve some healthy but amicable competition.

Sword Lann: Chalant
Staff: RagingMango, Liruhime (who can fit under scythe also)
Additionally throw Teacup under: Pillar, Cestus and Hurk
Lynn: Hoshinaki, Schiacciatta
because I don't know of 100% certainly the best players of each class, sure I can share my opinions whether they are true or not and I don't feel 100% sure of my self about certain classes like I only really hang around mostly kais so I couldn't make up a list beacuse I don't know who's good or not I could guess based on rumors but I won't do that, BTW far as kais go I would vote for Ketros as the best skilled kai that I know of, no one can come close to him that I know of, me and sonn included
If you're not sure about anything regarding things that aren't kai exactly what, "misinformation," are you helping to clear up here...? (less)
