Some truth in that, still the new merc, and the ad campaign, shows Nexon is still willing to invest in trying to revive Vindi. : ) personally I view that as quite a positive thing.

Looks like devs are ignoring lann.

They might release hurk's second weapon in the lv 95 patch on thr 21th july. Nothing is sure until there's an official announcement from the gms, so take my words with a grain of salt.

No offense but... season 3 raids weren't that challenging before rise. They only had more Hps.
Many people are quitting not just for the Rise changes applied in the battle-system, but for the lack of challenge and almost non-existent skill-rewarding of endgame contents.
What the game needs in the PVE, are more raids like Neamhain.
