Nah, Chain vella isn't as long as bow kai. Chain vella can hit as far as a max range bolt storm, and that's pretty far if you ask me. Chain vella has to rely on heart of ice's combo strike, which is the main downfall of having reliable dps for Chains unless you have a way to get 20 stacks super fast. Another fault of chain blade vella is she has to rely on stamina potions on top of insane reaper in addition to Berserker ES to produce more stamina than she drains per swing, assuming she does not have to dodge any incoming enemy hits.

For X gun Kai though, Perforate, Bolt storm, and bolt storm have the same amount of range. Six shooter and hollow shot you have to be close to maximize damage. Perforate can also hit multiple enemies/hitboxes when aligned properly, which in turn results in insane amounts of damage, especially when you get those 4,000 critical head shots one after the other.

Bow kai can hit further than bolt storm, and can deal multiple hits if a head shot occurs that deals as high as 25,000 damage per magnum lv 3 charge head shot.

Staff Evie's main damage is fire and ice magic. Lightning magic is used to regain lost stamina while at the same time dealing damage. Her laser spell can deal high damage due to crit damage adding to the mix.

Though as people say that peeps playing evie and kai are like beating a dead horse, they are one of the best farming characters in the entire game, I cannot stress that further.

If you suffer from the bleeding debuff, he will chase you down even if you did not move.
-In groups, if you did not get chased down first, you can use massive impact to interrupt his slashing spree.
-In a solo run, It is best to save up bunker buster if able so you can bypass the hit. If all else fails, you can transform to give you 6 seconds of invulnerability.
-there are rare instances where he may miss due to a height difference between the player and the sword when dodging backwards.
-loading your X gun via right click while standing still DOES NOT trigger the deadly targeting debuff.
-This will deal 4,000 damage no matter how high or low your defense value is.

If you're looking to farm lightweight shards, Hagan the spear infected goblin also drops lightweight shards as well as Keen shards if Callidus proves too much to handle.

Stats from AP shop items (possibly event items too) and Outfitters are NOT disabled. So, I want to say that you can get 2K ATT (Event Necklace and x2 Crimson Epaulets) and 1K DEF. That should help others with the requirements. To be able to get x2 Epaulets, you must wait until Sunday to get x1 Crimson Epaulet and another on Monday during reset. Hope this helps.

Players will no longer be dependent on the material synthesis NPC to restore durability on wakened skills. You can use waking stones to restore your durability at any time you are in town or on a boat.
