    the effects for+16 to +19 all have a yellowish hue (light beige to darker sunset yellow)

    only the +20 has a distinct hue of blue...

    I think the black wings were elusively given out to ppl that attended the 'community summit", wouldn't be surprised if dealer has one (since i recall she attended one b4)
