It seems so hard to find ANY raid going up on.

When I'm looking in the listings for all towns, no one is hosting anything.

When I host, the only way people join is if I mega. Just seems so … (more)difficult to get something going.

Yes, changing the shards will keep the +15, but changing the weapon's feather will restart the enhancement! I +15 my weapon while it was purple, and changed all shards to orange, still +15! +yes
