Okay so I did everything you said, and yeah, there was no way to get the coupon after I cleared RAR... Until I cleaned up my inventory and relogged.

Here you can see the 3 coupons I got automatically after relogging


Also, to correct my last post, the coupons do appear in inventory, so need to make some room for them

Seems like it happens when you 'click' to kick Arcana during that minigame phase. Someone suggested using 'R' to kick instead of clicking, and so far, I never had that problem again

Been a while since I last checked, but if I remember correctly, orange Solid/Smooth shards can drop anywhere, Lightweight from Ben Chenner Entrance, Keen from Trailhead, Stable from Summit, Perfect from Lochlann Plains. As for Berhbe, anything can drop there. Correct me if I'm wrong
