Thank you for reporting this issue to us, Currently we are aware of this issue and the game team is looking into it! If you purchased the Boast Emote from the Supply Depot, but received the Annoyed emote instead you can write in a ticket to our support and we will correct this for you.
I apologize to those who experienced this :c If you encounter any other issues with the emotes always feel free to let me know ;D
As Noburo mentioned, this was a bug with the Judgement spear that was fixed back in September! If it has reared it's head again I will go ahead and let them know so they can look into it asap!
I just wanted to pop in here since I've been monitoring this issue here on the forums ( and in our tickets ) The team here in NA knows about this issue and we have informed the Developers about it along with the traction it has gotten here on the forums. They know about it and as far as we know looking to work towards a solution to the UI Lag Issue.
At this time we do not have an ETA :c I know that this issue is super frustrating, I experience it myself when I play as well. We are taking your reports seriously and reported it as soon as we could to our team. I do apologize for the delay addressing this issue and wish I had a better ETA to give everyone.

TL;DR the Exchange Shop for the Winter Coupons will be extended until Maintanence on January 18th to make up for the items not restocking during the majority of the event. Again, I am sorry for such a delay on relaying this message. :c
