So you choose to ignore the active players who have been actively playing and got shafted with this event because they were already lvl 90 and had previous character rewards, and returned prior to this event?

And we're not begging for anything, all other regions received this retroactively and they didn't need to ask for anything, because it's common sense.

It's very disappointing that all other regions received it retroactively in the mail, as to not punish players who have been active before this event.

What confuses me the most is that, when character growth rewards were implemented, rewards were given retroactively even when they shouldn't have. When +10 90 purple sets were added, we were informed of an event that would give us these in the mailbox if we were not returners. Why change your stance now?

At this moment, there is nothing stopping many players from quitting for a month, given that they are punished for playing the game actively, while those who have been inactive are rewarded simply for logging in.

To top that off: the 100% stones and rune to get a +13 90 have been removed, so this has made it much more difficult for a number of players to achieve better stats.

I hope Nexon reconsiders and provides these sets and it's quite disappointing that we are not eligible for rewards because we have been playing the game actively, as I most certainly you intend.

EU already has some of this "new" stuff such as secondary password, and we have 1x, 10x and 20x unbind potion bundles in our depot.

Anyway, why is our reset in the middle of the afternoon, when people are halfway through their daily raiding? It makes no sense. Does this mean we're also gonna get the short end of the stick and be forced to have maintenance during the peak hours of Europe? Don't do this.

If you can't do anything about it now, you should at least have the decency to let people exchange outfitters of the same category (summer, hunter, stadium) into the other gender if they wish to do so, since nowhere was it stated that you could get a female set on a male character and vice-versa. To add to that, consider not ever releasing an event with untradeable sets again if you value your playerbase and want to keep the game running for a while longer, it only makes your players and customers angrier and more frustrated at how you manage the game.

Send a ticket, NA's GMs are really nice about things like that and there is no harm in trying. Though I don't see why they have to specifically state that you can get a female set on a male character and visa versa, usually they have to state it if its the opposite, since that means that players can miss out on a certain reward and there is probably less of a chance to get a good reward in cases like that.

Considering that "couple" sets always gave the set respective to the gender in which the box was opened, it would be normal to assume that if you are playing a female character, you would get a female set. If they are to randomly change the rules then it would nice and fair to at least specify this when they announced the event.

Luckily this didn't happen to me, although I would like to trade my Demon Hunter set to the male version, so I could use it on my Sylas. However, I know of 3 different people that got a set of the opposite gender and do not play any other characters. Also, given this happened on EU, I am not yet expecting NA GM's to solve our support tickets, although I've heard of situations like these and the person asking for a "gender transformation" for the set got denied, here in your servers.

As a side note, I do agree on you with allowing players to not miss out on content, but that is also better achieved with the airtight system the Bunnypons brought. This way, everyone is happy.

It's a shame when you get boxes worth 5k NX each and you can still get something that you can't sell or do anything with. Elchulus Wings should have been tradeable from the start, as should have all the outfitters until now.
It makes zero sense going backwards from a system like Bunnypons who brought so many airtight items, giving those who bought them with their own money the opportunity to turn items they didn't want or didn't need (like a female set on a male) into gold, which they could then use in items more useful to them, into this excuse of a "sale" called Black Friday boxes.
