Could take a long break because Vindictus won't be changing much anyways. It'll probably take another year before a new set of armor or weapons comes out unless BS Sidney or R-Kana drop … (more)stuff other than accessories. (less)
as well. Inno Cry/Tear only gets +1 by default, and +2 max I believe, where as things like ODMs and Kitties that get +2 by default can get +3 max. That's how it works AFAIK, but Order 5 or someone will probably know better.

Sorry to say that I don't know much more than the rest of you. I'm aware that such things are (or were) possible, and I vaguely recall seeing someone with a +2 Attack Speed Emerald Belt prior to season 3, but I dismissed it as "rich people problems". As for the question at hand, this is one of those things where you'll likely have to wait for someone to get lucky and post about it before having a definitive answer.
My insight is that on one hand, infusion seems to remain largely unchanged, and therefore it's likely still possible to get that rare +3 Crit or +2 Spd. However, even if it is still possible, the odds are stacked against you so much that the small benefit it provides just simply isn't worth it.
Wished they gave the concept of Miri's ult to Lynn. Rising Dragon is just awkward to watch, and I'll also remind people that it was initially called "Flight of the Valkyrie" until … (more)complaints got it changed just before release (thank you Nexon).
Since it'll definitely not happen now, I'll just stop daydreaming about Lynn creating a Seiryuu-shaped aura, vanishing instantly into the sky and out of sight while the aura snakes around and through the target 2-3 times before diving underground, and her suddenly plunging her glaive into the fallen foe - leaving a trail of cherry blossoms in her wake, ending with a lotus bloom explosion when the dragon aura busts out of the ground beneath the target. I'll point out that if you attempt to use it on armor, you can proceed naturally. But after the process completes, you'll get a pop up message saying "This item cannot be enhanced."
