So then level 3 badge would be 100 likes for a single post? These badges seem unattainable.
No one takes the badges seriously anyway. The truly unattainable badges are the ones Nexon has to hand out by record (Beta badge, founding member badge, etc.), which they haven't done yet. There's also ones like answering a question, which as far as I know, only forum mods have the power to flag a question answered (which is also accompanied by a closing of the thread).
If someone really wants the badge for 100 likes, then they can always make a crap ton of accounts and like themselves because the player-base is quite small, and the percentage of them that actually log into the forums is even fewer.
