I'll take five.
  • Weird lag glitch but would make an awesome fight

With the 12th character class Miri coming out, I'd rather have a "Royal Army: Hour of Destiny" raid. A 12v12 against one of each class of Dark Knights and/or Paladins in their second forms. All the Drain/Grasp skills going off would be incredibly fitting for RAR's popular lag show.

Kudos for using the best avatar too.

I disagree, I don't think it fits his nickname. As WebGuy, he should use this one instead:

  • Missing Scrap Pouch from the Braha Even completion

Firstly and most obviously, your friend needed to have completed a run against Braha (story and non-story both count missions) on any character.
Next, it depends on where your friend is checking. The pouch is not mailed, so you will not find it in your mailbox; it is added directly to your character's inventory - specifically the Avatar section.

Beyond that, I'm not certain if there's anything else that can be done. Your friend could try sending a support ticket with a screenshot of a qualifying Braha run if you happen to have one. If you happen to know the particular hour of when a qualifying Braha run was completed, you can also try asking them to check around that time of occurrence. Unlikely that they'll help with on this, and it's probably not worth the trouble either, but your friend can always make the attempt.

  • PSA: Customer Support Scam

this is done by other companies too, including riot games or blizzard

    what's the big deal here?

Rezi's point is that it's not something that should be done by just any company for just any reason - billing or other transactions being a prime example of when it's appropriate to pry for personal information.

A lot of people will just rub something like this off as paranoia. Others will comply to this fishing of personal information because they are already invested in social media, which I believe endangers a person more than a gaming company. I could be wrong though.
