yeah its definitely the windows 10 update, I reverted back to the previous build and now the mouse response time is fine. If anyone don't know you can revert to your previous build by going to the windows update settings and then go to recovery.

What Arrow95 said, use Dark Cloud (LR) to launch opponents, juggle with extended smashes, and then detonate your stacks. Juggling works better with more attack speed, but this is basically the best thing you can do because you won't win in straight…
