Flux round is almost useless, but it does give like around 100mana when the bullets hit. Regardless I put it down to low priority
you should stream your 3k run and talk to the viewers. Doing the same run back to back would be mind breaking for me, so having something to preoccupy yourself with could make it less mind numbing.
In terms of stats, only Balance, Critical, attack speed and Health Points matters.
You do not need to invest in better gear as the gear the give you should give enough attack speed for you to clear in around ~5min.

I have a question about how strong additional damage is compare to the attack stat.
There is no attack cap.
Player 1 has 1000 less addition damage compare to player 2.
How much of an attack difference does player 1 need to be equal to player 2?
Press the subtract key on your num pad once, this will disable some unnecessary UI cluster and give you an increase of 5fps. Press it once more to disable all UI for an increase of 10 fps. Press it again to re enable your UI and lose 10 fps +best
