Logging in just to say we're at 16 characters and there's still no permanent shared storage to buy.
Buying Permanent Shared Storage is but a distant memory for the fellows in EU and a myth for NA.
A bunch of sets were relegated to expertise crafting only. All the title relevant ones should be split between Armorsmithing and Tailoring. A select few of the non-title sets don't even have that.
I'd prefer they gave me back my tokens instead if they're insisting on a stamina system. I could donate spare tokens to party members then.

Do you mean you don't have the recipe in your expertise list, or that you can't click craft? If you do have the recipe, double check that you don't have the wrong components.
When they combined NA and EU instead of putting up permanent shared storage for sale in NA, they decided it was better to take away the option from EU instead. ._.
