Crafting old title sets?

Can we not craft the old sets that gave titles anymore? (ie chiulin/ingkara/royal cadet etc) I see my old character never got those titles but i cant find the sets anywhere to craft and they are not in the market.

    A bunch of sets were relegated to expertise crafting only. All the title relevant ones should be split between Armorsmithing and Tailoring. A select few of the non-title sets don't even have that.
