No exquisite enchant rune sale with the ancient coin event seems like a big miss :C
I had a feeling that would happen and I think I know why. I think it was because they had already given us an Exquisite Enchant Rune from the Delia Attendance Event. There is also the possibility that we "might" get the Bingo Event that is ongoing in Korea in which the Blackout Prize is an Exquisite Enchant Rune. Those are just a few guesses, but I would have to agree that the Exquisite Enchant Rune not being on sale w/ the Ancient Coin Event being a miss.
On the topic of the Deluxe Black Friday Lucky Boxes, decided to buy my final 3, but open them on a different character. Surprisingly enough, I got 2 outfitters (Special Field and the Demon Hunter (female)) and Unbind Pots. I was very pleased with getting the Special Field set, but rather sad that I couldn't sell the other outfitter or gift it to my friend. Nexon mentioned that these sets upon their original release would be tradeable with other players and could be listed on the Marketplace later down the line. We have yet to see this change. Makes no sense to have the Iset and Keaghan outfitter tradeable, but every other outfitter account bound.

Vindictus best games of all games, I literally stood up and freaked out for a second. It was the ABSOLUTE last box I could buy. I mean, technically speaking, I got my monies worth with x3 6% boxes out of 60, in fact, moreso, since the odds were me just getting one?
But yo that Keaghan Set is some good icing. I immediately threw it on my Hurk, who's been waiting for years for it. I thought about selling it, for about .2 seconds, but I got two pairs of Phoenix Wings and a doggie for sellin, and that's enough for me.

Extended sale didn't help at all with getting elch wings I should be in good standing once I sell the keaghan sets, hopefully the other outfits and wings can become tradable too

Well there is still time to make changes - we have a community stream coming up in 3 weeks or so where they could address the issue. They could also give a response on forums. If they do decide to make changes, then it would work out since the new update is likely coming at the end of this month and they could bundle it with that.
There are still quite a few people who haven't actually opened up the sealed Elchulus Wings package or the gender-locked outfitter packages they are stuck with so changes would still be welcome even if its late

The only good sale is the AP box, enhancement runes and unlimited inner/outfit coupons. Everything else is just RNG RNG RNG RNG
