If you don't like prices for runes, don't buy them.

If you don't like the game uninstall it and move on. It's that simple.

It isn't a scam. The rune is only worthwile in a situation where you have an item on +10 and a +3 coupon (which we will get from ongoing events later on). Since the said coupon only works on items up to +10 you effectively have a free chance to get one additional enhancement level.

Temp shared storage = you're forced to buy new tickets = more money for Nexon. Remember, if there's no logic behind their decision then the answer is money.
