  • Attack requirement boats are wrecking the game

Y'all beating dead horse anyway. The issue is much more complex than artificial inflation of stats per season/episode, and at its core lies the korean philosophy of designing games which are to be farming simulators & wallet drillers. The target audience which are Koreans, and much like Chinese, enjoy this type MMOs.

Rest of the regions these games are ported to are usually just an additional source of income, or to put it simply to milk them.

  • cant search for specific enchant scroll?

It took Noobcat 4 years to implement the feature of being able to put scrolls on the marketplace. A function that should've existed from the very beginning. You can easily expect them to add the ability to search scrolls by their name somewhere in 2019.

They're still learning how to code guys, give 'em time.

The game isn't 'dying' because of restrictive boats. And ATT requirements are easily met with S3 gear. Nowadays you must really try to not get into the 20k range given how much game babysits you through free gear from rewards.

  • Status Update From Devcat?

If you want answers about the direction of the game directly from Devcat/NXKR you're asking on the wrong forum. The best you'll get here will be vague predictions as to what might or might not happen. Best to head over to KR forums of Vindi where you're more likely to encounter actual devs and pray they actually understand English like someone pointed out.

  • Status Update From Devcat?

As to why, simply because that's how nexon markets their games to their western audiences. Nexon believes it is the correct way in terms of monetization. I read that somewhere from an interview with the CEO of nexon, I'll link it if you want me too but I can't be bothered to find it right now.

That is the sole reason why we get less costumes, less convenience, higher prices and other "bad" stuff that we've noted throughout the years.

So you want to tell us that the man in charge believes that enforcing discouraging systems in their games will increase revenue for the western market? If that's true I have no idea how the guy got to where he is now since this is some serious backwards logic.
