out of the bugs you posted i've only experienced LAD missing some hits point blank, and Iron Flag going straight through.

hmm, not sure but it's possible that it may be because of control settings?

I use these for my settings, I play using keyboard and mouse
*just tested, the option "Grab when Attack+Smash are pressed" is most likely the reason
