RAR drops it now. 1 per char per day, guaranteed drop.

But we needed all the days to get all 3. If they don't compensate, we lose 1.

Also the people who used all attempts at reset lose a further coupon as well since it is only available like 5 hours after reset.

So.. I got 4 +10 coupons on my lv95 chars and 1 +11 coupon on an account with 1 lv10 char that I cbb to level up.

I had that for one of my alts for a week and then it got fixed after the next maint.

Not kicked nor dismissed, all members in that guild are broken.

You actually can't leave or join it either. Just gotta wait or report it.
