Prem listing is like 1.5m. If you're trying to transfer anything greater than 75m you're saving money.
I'd say it's similar to lvl 90 weapons when their feather prices used to be high. However, gold is worth more than it was back then so probably looking at around 5-7b with the price probably hovering closer to 5b. Obviously just an estimate since there really aren't any +15 dullahan weapons being sold.
