If this is your way of slowly shutting down the game then we would rather you just say "hey we cant continue the game were going to shut it down"
Instead of driving your players away slowly with this crap and squeezing the **** out of our wallets before doing so.

To be honest they are right in saying no because at the end of the day it’s your fault for forgetting about it. Why should they bend the rules? You missed out because you failed to exchange the tickets that’s just how it is. I forgot to register my email for the Teide but I didn’t make a huge fuss I just got on with it lol. Next time keep tract of the events so you can avoid it and asking support something silly.

I wouldn't mind the idea of her using Japanese Talismans. But i bet it would be something like a harp XD
