There is a player on eu server who got baned for selling hes weapon for real money with all evidences given and he got back to game after fiew months on hes old acount with everything he had there . So those perma bans for gold selling arent even perma as i see . Try send tickets so you will have luck too especially if they have no evidences against you like they had against the player mentioned above

Yes definitely its not in nexon style to give something like that as permanent item , like already got writen here probably 7 or 30 days duration besides if it would be perma then it could be scrolled and infused and then cat necklaces would be useless
