The materials necessary for replacing parts in level 95 equipment seems to be exactly the same as in level 90 equipment.

I don't remember what the last coupon looked like, but on my Miri I have a +10 coupon that is limited to characters level 60 and above. I'm guessing it's the same for the upcoming coupon, since enhancing is only available for characters level 60 and higher.

Vindi 2.0 is not very likely, I think.
Monster Hunter World (currently only for consoles, but the PC version will come out this year) or Dauntless might be your best bet. Those are the only games I know of that have a very similar combat style to Vindictus.
