I've been encountering a server issue whenever I start a battle with a friend in my party. It usually happens after I completed a battle with my friend once and then try to start another battle with the same members in my party.
Here are some screenshots displaying exactly what happens whenever I encounter this server issue.

Whenever this issue occurs, I'm unable to do anything except move my character around.
The only way I'm able to get around this issue is by quitting the game by clicking the 'x' on the top right corner of the webpage, which btw is the only thing I can click while having this server issue, and then restarting the game.
I'm stuck in the middle of Season 2's story. I'm unable to do the story, "A Fallen Nation" b/c I don't have the 'Relic Box' item required to start the story. I've already completed the battle "Desert Passage" and talked with the Grim Reaper NPC, however, I didn't receive the 'Relic Box' item as I was suppose to. Please help me solve this dilemma so I can continue to enjoy playing the game.
