    This sounds like a Graphics Settings related issue; you may have Motion Blur Enabled if you are using the Simple Settings of "High", "Higher", "Highest" or Custom.

    You can get rid of this by changing your Simple Settings to "Normal"
    If you are using Custom settings, go to your "Advance" settings
    Find and Disable "Motion Blur"

    1. Go to "Menu" [Default Keybing: "T"]
    2. Select "Options"
    3. Select the "Video"

    You could always use an Armor Fusion Rune to change the appearance of a Helmet to look like Neamhain's Odd Eye.
    Can sell it for a bit, unless you get lucky and get the Airtight Neamhain's Odd Eye Box.
