I'm really looking forward to this update, but at the same time dreading this update, lol. It looks like after this update, all the servers will more or less be in sync with KR. Which … (more)for us in NA/EU would mean a heck of a lot of content which is definitely good. But the +20 thing and the reduced number of raids (basically converting S2 raids into 4-man quests) is rubbing me the wrong way. (less)

a large bank, and our department had this several months back of cases for a certain application. We were supposed to just log cases and assign them to the tech support team, which was located in India. Everytime we got calls asking why the case was still unresolved, we were told to basically blame the Indian team since we had no control over them and it was entirely their responsibility to fix the issues.

Well the whole "blaming the other guy" approach doesn't really work here cause the whole Nexon Launcher fiasco is created by the NA team. It's not like any other region had it. The NA team created it and very few people here wanted to use it. When it was first introduced, we had the option of choosing to use the Nexon Launcher or staying with the old direct launch (which many people chose to do). My guess is that headquarters started questioning why they (NA team) wasted all that money developing something very few people wanted and that triggered them to take a more "forceful" approach in offering it to us and made the Nexon Launcher mandatory.

EU was exempt from the Nexon Launcher until NA took over and had it rammed down their throats just like they did to us here before. There's no one to blame here but the NA ("global") team.

Well for starters the fansite is originally Korean. The korean community started the translation project at my request. So if you actually think about it it's 100% in Korea's jurisdiction. Nexon KR doesn't care one bit about how the fansite is made as long as it gives them positive results. Hence why I requested for the KR community to help with this project so you have a site....unless....you'd rather it not happen of course .- . (less)

First, I think it's great what you guys are doing and I would like to thank both you and your Korean friends for doing this.

Having said that, do understand that comments like the one you quoted is a result of NA players being banned by Nexon NA for doing the very thing that you guys are doing due to false positives triggered during datamining. Those comments were not directed at you but an expression of frustration at how Nexon NA treats its own playerbase and some of its most dedicated fans who spent hundreds if not thousands of hours of their own time working on a fansite for the community. Rather than a thank you, they get a perma-ban. So do keep that in mind when you reply to comments like that. Persoanally, I think it's better for you to just not comment on it at all since it really isn't directed at you or what you're doing. Just let people express their frustration and be thankful Nexon KR doesn't treat you the same way.

It's just an attendance event. It doesn't follow the Golden Time format of uber weekend prizes. The connection issue could be resolved by simply letting people log in anytime in the … (more)day to qualify. Like I said, this event itself isn't bad, but it's confusing naming it Golden Time Attendance event. It's not like this is the first attendance event we've had since they discontinued Golden Time. Would've been better to call this a Christmas Attendance event or something. (less)
