I don't know about Miul but I think this is pretty accurate for party redeemers in NA. I would agree with Anner's tweaks. I'd say cestus is also too low. For solo redeemers or non-redeemers I think it'd look a lot different.
One problem with tier lists for NA/EU is that our populations are too small and several classes are underrepresented.
For example, here's a relatively low stat cestus Karok Balor solo from KR: https://imgur.com/1UcLkFm
With 6k AD, 3350 ALR, and capped crit, that'd easily be under 30 min, which is faster than at least half of the classes at those stats. People on NA will say Karok is weak in redeemers, but it's more just that both Karok weapons are more challenging in redeemers.
Similarly KR and TW have 23-min sword Vella Balor solos on youtube, but NA and EU aren't quite there, even if we extrapolated the dps from our low stat clears.
Same for several other classes, and not just for Balor solos.
Not saying NA and EU don't have good Karoks/Vellas/etc, but we don't see many players pushing their classes to their limits like KR/TW, and that's especially true with the less popular classes.
I agree that Miri was op in OS. Comparing equivalent gear, Miri still had significant advantages in OS. Flamebreath regen in between mobs increases her dps relative to classes that do not benefit from the time in between mobs. Being able to use dragon trans to boost her survivability and dps toward the end of a match dramatically reduced the effectiveness of statues thrown in the last minute or two (which was how most strategic matches were decided). On top of that, the wide hitboxes and high damage multipliers of chainswings easily made it one of the best non-sp attacks for clearing statues.
Fiona, sword Vella, Sylas, scythe Evie, and Delia are all good recommendations. Delia does require more attack speed to properly attack though.
Contrary to the previous comment:
- teide is fine for solo and timing isn't that tight
- sword Vella requires knowledge of bosses more than skill
- umbrella is stronger than glaive in both solo and party
- spellsword Arisha is probably the class that benefits the least from high attack speed
- hammer is not as strong as longsword for Fiona, but it's probably the most underrated weapon and definitely strong
- Delia is probably the easiest class to survive with
- Grimden has high dps after a recent update
If you're dying to s2 bosses and Muir, your problem is probably just that you're not familiar enough with the bosses. Instead of switching to another class, it'd probably be better to watch some youtube videos of the bosses you're struggling with, and then spend some time practicing. Muir can be challenging for Kai when you're unfamiliar with how to deal with his poison and combo attacks, but stuff like that only gets more challenging in the rest of s3.
