Its not really that hard... and not really that needed to make you quite the game. I make more money in dulla/aes/rupa than those 3 new raids that ask for cf.

I personally have masaka smash. It helps in arcana minigame and the fact that i can choose when to use it and dont depend on rng or such is what makes me take that weapon ability.
What i noticed about this refoge system so far is that you either get lucky and make that +15 with 1-2 reforges max, or you end up reforging several times for each enhancement lvl untill you get very disappointed and lose any interest.
