Well, theres the 30 Days Life-Giver Gem for Pets which res them upon Boss death so it will get exp. I'm lazy, i rather pay 4M than having the pain to summon it every raid. 30 Days should be enough for level 1-50.
They must be alive at the moment boss is defeated to get exp. They usually die pretty quick so you must either summon em shortly before boss dies or buy that life giver gem for 1,9k nx.

I got 6 unbound Enhancement runes and 3 bound ones on my main (Sylas) and my Kai (on which the premium ones are). Besides that i got 7 unstable ones aswell. Hopefully this amount will suffice.
