Could you make a rule that disallows the use of damage potions? They provide such a significant advantage to the people who have them/can get them and as they are unobtainable the larger servers gain an even bigger advantage over the smaller ones.
It's just a bug.
Joining from board: need ticket message.
Party host invite: can join without needing a ticket.
Also only the host's ticket will be consumed when entering the battle.

If you blow up equipment with rank 8-9 scrolls it is entirely your fault. Bitching about it on the forums is both irritating and stupid.
The new enchant scroll tooltip states: "Scrolls at Rank 6-7 may destroy the equipment if the enchant fails."
