Idk, a very simple solution to make that whole bounty thing actually worthwhile was to provide premade accounts for the streamers. It's kinda like how reviewers get a free copy of things. Better than 5 bounty streams of lvl 1-10.

I don't think Lynn was ever "nerfed." In fact she has only gotten stronger over the years. Don't mistake not getting as many buffs as other chars as getting nerfed.

If you're stuttering on a boat, it could be because of the host and not the game itself. As for the fps, I found changing the resolution gives way more fps than changing settings for some reason.
